surely you cannot expect him to supervise all this makework by himself.

time to hire some junior conductors and someone to manage the music selection standards.

oh, and and osha rep to make sure the workplace is safe and several engineers to be sure no one's hearing gets injured.

oh, and if you want to have that concert in a building, we'', then we have a whole raft of other inspectors for you to meet.

This is really inaccurate. In the cartoon, all three are doing something. Obviously the illustrator has little experience with the civil service.

Of course, it may be that the team actually consists of 20 people and the other 17 are updating there facebook page. In that case, this is brilliant!

To be more realistic, the one doing the fingering should be blindfolded and the one with the bow should have earplugs.
